Late delivery of your pet or late pick up will incur a $10 surcharge, please be on time. If you are going to be held up please call ahead with as much notice as possible to prevent the surcharge.
Delivery and collection of your pet should be arranged within the pick up and drop off times of 8.00am and 6.00pm. For emergencys we can be flexible if you need to drop off or collect your pet outside these hours.
Dog to be walked must be four (4) months of age, fully vaccinated and registered with appropriate municipal Council
We will do everything in our power to protect your pet but animals are unpredictable and accidents do happen. Owner to incur charges if pet is impounded or veterinary care is required
You agree that if your pet is taken to a vet and the vet decides your pet requires veterinary care for any reason that the vet may proceed as necessary and you will be charged for this service provided by the vet.
Owner to disclose information on Dangerous or Nuisance orders on their pets
Please ensure your dog is clean on arrival. If your dog requires a wash upon arrival you may be charged. Dogs that arrive with fleas or any contagious disease will not be accepted and you will lose your deposit.
Owner to disclose information on any ailments or diseases your pet may have.
Owner to provide food for in home care to prevent digestion problems (In-home care at your place only)
Owner to provide proof of Registration, Micro-chipping and Current Vaccination Certificate.
Your pet is not booked in officially until a signed Customer Service Agreement is received by us along with a $50 deposit (remaining money to be refunded or taken off your total bill)
